Rwanda FDC.  Featured is stamp #1087, postmarked on the First Day of Issue 14 June, 1982. Stamps in this series feature Native Flowers of Rwanda, and this stamp pictures the lovely perennial flower Kniphofia Grantii, that blooms in abundance in this equatorial African nation.  This cover is mounted on a page which gives detailed information about this cover, issued by the Postal Commemorative Society from their First Day Covers From Around The World collection.  This is in Mint condition.
