Niger FDC.  Featured is stamp #624, postmarked on the First Day of Issue 14 April, 1983. This stamp highlights the vast civil development program undertaken to broaden the country's economic base after a severe drought devastated the Nigerian economy in the early 1970's.  This cover is mounted on a page which gives detailed information about this cover, issued by the Postal Commemorative Society from their First Day Covers From Around The World collection.  This is in Mint condition.
